Our refund policy is for 30 days from the date of purchase. On any date, after this we are unable to provide any refund or exchange.
Only items that are unused unpacked from original packaging, and in the same condition you received them will be eligible for return and subject to the following.
Notwithstanding your consumer rights under the Australia Consumer Law, if you return a faulty, defective or incorrect product, at our discretion we will offer one of the following:
- to replace the product or defective component;
- to repair the defective product;
- to refund the price paid for the product excluding freight charges.
We reserve the right to inspect the returned product to determine whether a replacement, repair or refund is offered.
We may refuse to refund or exchange your product if:
- the product has been destroyed, lost, not used for its intended purpose, or damaged (including damage whilst in transit), or any other reason which is out of the control of Ultraguard.
Where it is found that the claim is valid we will cover all costs to returning the product to our warehouse.
In all cases a restocking fee of 15% will be charged for a returned products.
Change of mind, custom orders, and any incompatibility claims will not be excepted for a refund or exchange. So please choose carefully, and if you have any queries please contact us on sales@ultraguard.com.au.
For a valid claim to be proceed we must receive in writing from you to sales@ultraguard.com.au an email stating the reason for your claim including pictures and details along with proof of purchase within 30 days from date of purchase.
